    Zucchini - 3 pcs.

    Flour - 150 g

    Chicken Egg - 1 pc.

    Garlic - 3 cloves

    Salt - 5 g

    Vegetable oil - 10 g

    Greens (dill, parsley) - 2 sprigs

    Sour cream - to taste

    Cooking method

    Young, medium-sized squash wash, dry and grate together with the peel. The resulting mass is pressed to get rid of excess fluid.

    Skip the garlic through a press and add to the mashed zucchini.

    In a bowl, beat the egg with salt and add to the zucchini. Then pour the flour and knead the dough, as for pancakes.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, put pancakes with a spoon and fry on both sides until golden brown.

    Put the finished pancakes on a dish, sprinkle with chopped greens and serve with sour cream.
