    Creamy beet filling

    You will like it with its bright color and delicate taste.

    For 4-6 eggs, take:

    • 1 small boiled beets;
    • 50-70 grams of cream cheese;
    • salt, pepper, thyme on a pinch.

    For 6 eggs, take:

    Mix yolks with onions, ham, 1 tbsp. l. butter and cream. Salt, pepper. Roll in breadcrumbs and fry 1 tbsp. l. butter from the side of the filling until crisp.

    • 2 tbsp. l. cream 30%;

    • 2 tbsp. l. finely chopped dill;
    • salt pepper.

    In a blender, add boiled yolks, cheese, salmon, cream, lemon and dill, salt and pepper. The resulting delicious filling fill the proteins.

    • 1 cup chopped spinach;
