    Dessert with prunes has its own unique flavor and it turns out very unusual, light and, of course, tasty.

    Cooking method:

    From the washed prunes take out the bones. Cook light syrup from 0.5 glass of water and sugar. Add brandy to it and pour prunes with syrup. Leave for 5-6 hours.

    Fill the prunes with pine nuts. We spread on the ice-cream bowls, covered with curd cream and decorate with whipped cream.

    Cooking cream: mix cottage cheese with wine, whipped cream and melted chocolate.

    By the way, you can use sour cream whipped with vanilla sugar as a cream.
