• Mosaic Cheesecake

    The recipe is designed for ten servings.

    For the dough we need:

    � 1/3 cup sugar

    � Five tbsp. ghee

    � 1.5 cups chopped chocolate waffles or cookies

    � 1/8 tsp. salt

    For the preparation of the filling:

    � 4 large eggs

    � 1 cup of sugar

    � 2 cups of chocolate cubes

    � 700 g cream cheese

    � 1 tsp. vanilla

    For the glaze:

    � 1 tbsp. Sahara

    � 0.5 tbsp. vanilla extract

    � 1/4 cup high fat cream

    � 60 g butter

    � 90 g dark chocolate

    For chocolate cubes:

    � 1 cup of flour

    � 120 g dark chocolate

    � 3 eggs

    � 1 tsp. vanilla extract

    � 1.5 cups of sugar

    � ¾ cup butter

    � 0.5 tsp salt

    We proceed to the preparation of a mosaic cheesecake. We start with chocolate cubes. Preheat oven to 175 degrees. (Fahrenheit). Line the foil baking sheet and grease it with oil. For two minutes, heat the butter and chocolate in the microwave.

    Stir the mixture, add eggs, vanilla and sugar. After mixing, add salt, flour and again mix thoroughly.

    The prepared mass is placed on a sheet and left in the oven for thirty minutes. When the cake is cool, cut it into cubes measuring two or three centimeters. You will get about two cups of such cubes.

    Next, prepare the dough. The ingredients for it are mixed and shifted to the prepared form, which is oiled. Put in the fridge and leave for two hours. After that, prepare the oven, heating it to 175 degrees.

    Let's do the stuffing. Whip the cheese with a mixer and gradually add eggs, sugar and vanilla, achieve homogeneity. In the resulting composition, add chocolate cubes and gently mix.

    The resulting filling is poured on the dough, cooled in the refrigerator. The form is placed in the oven and leave to roast for 45 minutes. After that, let cool.

    Now it's the turn of the glaze. With the help of a combine or other devices that you have, chop chocolate. Heat the cream and butter in a saucepan. Fill the chocolate with the resulting composition and mix thoroughly. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, stirring continuously.

    Pour the cheesecake with the resulting glaze and enjoy the culinary masterpiece!
