    You will need:
    - 100 g of dark chocolate without additives;

    - a pinch of vanillin.
    Put chocolate, milk and butter into pieces in a glass or plastic bowl. Put the container in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir the mass.Pound the egg with sugar until it is completely dissolved. This item is very important - not dissolved crystals can burn in the preparation of cupcakes.
    Add the egg mixture to the chocolate, add the flour and vanilla. Mix everything thoroughly, and then spread it into cups lightly greased with butter. Put the cups in the microwave and turn on the oven for 3 minutes at maximum power. After the end of the cycle, do not remove the cupcakes - wait until the dough stops rising. Serve dessert in cups, vanilla ice cream can be added to each serving.

    Cupcake with candied fruit and nuts


    You will need:
    - 2 eggs;
    - 1 glass of milk;
    - 0.75 cup of sugar;
    - 1 tbsp. spoon of vegetable oil;
    - 1 tbsp. spoon of lemon peel;
    - 0.5 cups candied fruit of different colors;
    - 0, 25 cups of pistachios and almonds;
    - 2 cups wheat flour;
    - 1 tsp of soda;
    - 1 tsp lemon juice.
    Beat eggs with sugar until it is completely dissolved. Pour in vegetable oil and milk. Add soda, slaked with lemon juice, and pour the sifted flour in portions. Interpret the nuts in a mortar, mix with lemon zest and candied fruit. Add the mixture to the dough and mix thoroughly.
    Silicone round shape with a hole in the middle of grease with vegetable oil and put the dough into it.It should take no more than half of the volume - in the microwave, the pastry rises strongly. Place the dish in the microwave and cook for 10 minutes. After the end of the cycle, let the baking stand in the oven for another 3 minutes. Remove the cupcake, cool slightly and remove from the mold. The finished pastries can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
