How to make a cupcake
You will need
- - 150 g butter;
- - butter for greasing the molds;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 100 g of wheat flour;
- - 50 g almond flour;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 1 tsp. Vanilla extract;
- - 1 tsp of baking powder;
- - 30 ml of natural yogurt;
- - 150 g soft cream cheese;
- - 50 g of white chocolate;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of powdered sugar.
An hour before you are ready to make cupcakes, remove the butter from the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature. As soon as it softens, whisk it with a mixer. Then add sugar and beat for another 2-3 minutes.
Add eggs, beating each egg separately. Then add yogurt and vanilla extract to the mixture. Whisk everything thoroughly. Add almond and wheat flour, sifted with baking powder. Mix everything.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. If you use non-paper cupcake cups, pre-lubricate them with oil.Otherwise, lubrication is not required. Spread the dough into molds, taking into account that it should fill them approximately two thirds of the height. The preparation time for cupcakes is 15-20 minutes.
Now prepare the cream. Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, let it cool slightly and mix with cheese. Put the cream in the fridge to cool it.
When the cupcakes are cool, decorate them with cooked cream.
