    How to fry champignons?

    Mushrooms are quick and easy to prepare, have a wonderful aroma and taste. We will give you some simple but very tasty champignon recipes.

    Julienne with mushrooms, chicken and cheese

    Ingredients

    • Chicken - 500-600 g
    • Champignons - 200-300 g
    • Onions 2-5 pieces
    • Sour cream - 100-150 g
    • Flour - 1 tbsp. a spoon
    • Butter (butter, vegetable)
    • Cheese - 150-200 g
    • Salt, spices, greens

    Cooking

    Before frying the mushrooms, we need to prepare them. To do this, clean the caps from the skin and thoroughly rinse the mushrooms with water. After that, dry them and cut into small pieces. Next, the cooking process is as follows:

    1. Cook the chicken in water (you can add spices).
    2. Take out the finished meat, let it cool a little.
    3. Cut into small pieces.
    4. Put the mushrooms on the pan and wait until all the juice formed is evaporated.
    5. Next, you need to add butter and fry the mushrooms with onions until golden brown.
    6. Add chicken, sour cream, mix well.
    7. Pour the flour, stir well to avoid lumps.
    8. Boil the mixture in the pan for a couple of minutes (stir continuously!) And remove from the heat.
    9. Salt, pepper, add seasonings (if you want).
    10. Spread the mixture for julienne on cocottes or put in baking tins.
    11. Scrub the cheese and sprinkle each serving of Julienne in tins.
    12. Send the dish for 5-10 minutes to bake in the oven at 180 degrees.

    Serve julienne hot directly in cocottes / baking tins.

    Cooking Tips

    • Mushrooms can be fried both in vegetable and butter. In the second case, there is a risk that the dish will burn, and therefore it will be necessary to mix it thoroughly. But then you will be able to taste more delicious champignons - butter will give mushrooms a luxurious aroma and taste. You can do it differently - first fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil and then add cream. But in terms of health, it is not recommended to mix two types of fats. Therefore, it is better to choose some kind of one oil.
    • Choose the number of onions to your taste, considering that a lot of onions are usually put in this dish. It is very important to cut the heads as small as possible.
    • Fatty cream can be added instead of sour cream.
    • If there are no molds for baking, then julienne can stuff the pastry baskets (just not sweet!) Or put them in small savory buns, after removing them from the middle. Sprinkle with herbs when serving.

    Mushrooms in beer dough

    Ingredients

    • Champignons - 500 g
    • Eggs - 2 pcs
    • Flour - 100 g
    • Beer - 250 ml
    • Cheese - 100 g
    • Salt, spices
    • Vegetable oil

    Cooking

    Before starting the preparation in the same way prepare the mushrooms - clean, wash. Only we cut not small, but in half, along. Next, the cooking process is as follows:

    1. Mix raw eggs, flour, beer and grated cheese in a moderately thick mass without lumps. Add salt and spice to taste.
    2. Heat pan to medium level. In order to properly fry the champignons in batter, the oil should be poured more.
    3. Dip the halves of the mushrooms in a batter and fry them in a frying pan until golden brown.
    4. Let the snack cool slightly and serve.

    Cooking Tips

    If you are embarrassed that the mushrooms were cooked for a fairly short time, then after roasting the champignons in batter, you can still “steam” them either in the oven or in the pan (without oil) on the smallest light. 7-10 minutes will be enough. In this case, make sure that the dish is not burnt!

    Mushrooms with eggs

    Champignon

    Ingredients

    • Champignons - 500 g
    • Onions - 1 pc
    • Eggs - 3 pcs
    • Vegetable oil
    • Salt, spices
    • Greenery

    Cooking

    1. Mushrooms clean, wash, cut into pieces.
    2. Put the mushrooms in the pan, wait until the water is evaporated.
    3. Now we need to fry the champignons in the pan with the butter and finely chopped onions. Do not forget to salt, season with spices.
    4. Beat eggs (if necessary - add salt and spices, but do not overdo it, since we have already seasoned the mushrooms themselves).
    5. When the ingredients turn golden, you need to add eggs to them.
    6. Fry the mixture until cooked mushrooms.

    Serve the cooked dish hot or warm, garnished with greens.
